This Privacy Policy explains how AnnurCare collects, uses, stores and shares information when customers, therapists and website visitors use the AnnurCare platform and related services.
AnnurCare respects the privacy of customers and therapists who use our platform.
AnnurCare provides a platform that allows customers to discover and book therapy and wellness services and allows independent therapists to manage their profiles, services, availability, bookings and related activities.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information that may be collected through AnnurCare, why that information is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to users regarding their information.
When you use the AnnurCare Customer App, we may collect information necessary to create your account, provide services, process bookings and support your use of the platform.
Customers may also voluntarily provide information relevant to their treatment or booking, including notes concerning pregnancy, injuries, allergies, pain areas, previous surgery or other information that the customer considers important for the therapist to know before the session.
Therapists provide additional information because AnnurCare must manage therapist onboarding, verification, services, bookings, payments, payouts and platform safety.
Customers may create or access an AnnurCare account using supported login methods such as email and password or Google Login.
Where Google Login is used, AnnurCare may receive basic account information provided through Google, such as the user's name and email address.
Therapists use their registered AnnurCare Therapist credentials to access the Therapist App. Authentication information and account identifiers may be used to maintain secure sessions and identify the therapist account.
Passwords are not intended to be stored in readable plain text. Authentication and security information may be stored using protected forms such as password hashes or authentication tokens.
AnnurCare may use information collected through the platform to:
AnnurCare connects customers and therapists. Certain information must therefore be shared between them where necessary to arrange and complete a booking.
AnnurCare may use the customer's selected address and location information to determine which therapists serve the selected location, calculate applicable transport fees and help the therapist attend the booking.
Before a booking is accepted, AnnurCare may limit the amount of address information displayed to a therapist. After acceptance, additional location details may be made available where necessary to complete the booked service.
The Therapist App may collect precise location while the app is being used for operational purposes such as identifying the therapist's current location, supporting booking activity, location updates and safety functionality.
Therapist location may also be used during an active booking to support supported tracking or coordination features available to the relevant customer.
The current Therapist App does not rely on Android background location permission for continuous background location tracking.
AnnurCare provides an in-app chat feature that allows customers and therapists associated with a booking to communicate about the booked service.
Chat information may include message text, message timestamps, read status and related booking/account identifiers.
Messages may be stored on AnnurCare systems and delivered to the other participant in the booking. Push notifications may also be used to alert users to new messages.
The chat feature should only be used for legitimate booking-related communication. AnnurCare may investigate reported misuse, abuse, harassment, fraud or other activity that may violate AnnurCare policies or applicable law.
Therapists may submit safety or incident reports related to a booking.
A safety report may include:
Safety reports are used by AnnurCare for platform safety, investigation, dispute handling, support and administrative purposes.
AnnurCare may maintain records relating to booking payment status, payment method, transaction references, receipts and payment history.
The Therapist App may display and store information relating to therapist earnings, wallet transactions, commissions, withdrawals, payout status and associated bank account information.
Certain payments may be processed through an external payment provider such as CHIP.
Where a payment is completed through an external payment gateway, payment credentials entered directly into the gateway are handled by the payment provider. AnnurCare may receive and retain related payment identifiers, transaction references, amounts and payment statuses needed to manage the transaction.
AnnurCare may process photographs, files and documents uploaded by users where required for platform functions.
For therapists, this may include:
The visibility of these files depends on their purpose. For example, a therapist profile photograph or qualification information may be shown to customers, while identification documents and safety-report evidence are generally intended for verification or administrative purposes.
AnnurCare may collect device or application identifiers needed to provide push notifications, including Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens or related installation identifiers.
Notifications may be used for:
Users may manage notification permissions through supported app settings or device settings.
AnnurCare uses selected third-party service providers where necessary to provide platform functionality.
These may include:
Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy practices and applicable contractual or legal obligations.

The current AnnurCare Customer and Therapist applications are not designed to use Android Advertising ID for advertising purposes.

Information may be stored within AnnurCare databases, application servers, file storage systems and authorised third-party services necessary to provide the platform.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose.
When an account is deleted, information that is no longer needed may be deleted or anonymised. Certain information may continue to be retained where necessary for legitimate legal, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or recordkeeping purposes.

AnnurCare services are intended for users who are permitted to create and manage their own account and service bookings under applicable requirements.
The AnnurCare apps are not designed as services directed toward young children.
